From 84E or 84W - Take Park Road Exit #43. At the end of the ramp take a left onto Park Road. Proceed to the next major intersection and turn right onto South Main St. Go past Boulevard until you come to Ellsworth Road on the left. The office building is at the intersection of South Main and Ellsworth and there is parking in the back of the building. Take the elevator to the second floor and turn left out of the elevator and then right and look for Suite 209.
From 91N or 91S - Take exit 35B to Putnam Ave (Route 218). Proceed west on Rt. 218 which is re-named Cottage Grove Rd. Go past the Copaco Mall, past CIGNA and Rt. 218 is re-named North Main St. Continue past Albany Ave, Asylum Ave, Fern Street and Farmington Ave. After crossing Farmington Ave look for Ellsworth Road on the right. The office building is at the intersection of South Main and Ellsworth and there is parking in the back of the building. Take the elevator to the second floor and turn left out of the elevator and then right and look for Suite 209.
